A new 20,213-square-foot medical office building (MOB) andambulatory surgery center (ASC) near the Piedmont Fayette Hospital campus. Thenew build-to-suit facility will include a 9,400-square-foot clinic with 27 examrooms and a 10,800-square-foot ASC with two operating rooms and two procedurerooms. The 2-acre site will feature 87 parking spaces.
